Sometimes conditions beyond our control deplete our stock of a particular product. This doesn't happen often but when it does, we typically elect if possible to ship an equivalent product of equal or greater value.

If your order includes a product that is temporarily out of stock and we do not have what we consider to be a suitable replacement, we will send you an email notification, and give you the option to have us:

• ship a substitute product of equal or greater value with your order.
• or back-order and ship the product to you when it is again available.
• or remove the product from your order and either refund the corresponding purchase price or credit your account.

In the event that we don't hear back from you we may, at our discretion, ship an equivalent product as noted above to ensure timely delivery of your order.
